CSM: Call for selection of experts for support to judicial institutions in Lebanon

Superior Council of Magistracy, as partner in the Consortium formed of International Management Group – IMG (International Organization), TAS Europrojects and TAG-Aldar Consulting – Talal Abu Gazaleh Associates Limited, announces the initiation of the procedure for selecting a Key expert 1: Team leader in the framework of the Service contract “Support to Judicial Institutions in Lebanon” (reference: EuropeAid/134434/C/SER/LB).

The Team leader should meet the following qualifications requirements:

Qualifications and skills:
– Master Degree in Law;
– Sense of leadership and team/coordination management skills;
– Sound communication skills and ability to work in close cooperation with international and local stake-holders;
– Excellent command of French and English, with proven writing and editing skills, as the reporting of the project will be done in French;
– Working knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

General professional experience:
– Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the justice sector at international level, with at least 5 years of experience in capacity building of judiciary staff and 5 years as an active member of the judiciary in an EU member state;
– Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Managerial positions requiring the identification and mobilization of expertise in judicial matters.

Specific professional experience:
– Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in large scale project management providing capacity building of judiciary staff;
– Minimum of 2 years of experience working in EU funded projects or in similar project funded by international donor agencies;
– Experience in the ENPI region is an asset.
