“PERSPECTIVE ALE DREPTULUI AFACERILOR IN MILENIUL AL TREILEA”

Deschiderea Conferintei a avut loc in Aula Magna a Academiei de Studii Economice din Bucuresti. Timp de 2 ore au tinut interesante alocutiuni despre evolutiile recente in materia dreptului afacerilor prof. univ. dr. Pavel Nastase, rectorul Academiei de Studii Economice din Bucuresti; prof. univ. dr. Smaranda Angheni, rector al Universitatii Titu Maiorescu, Bucuresti; prof. univ. dr. Brandusa Stefanescu, vice-presedinte al Curtii de Arbitraj Comercial International; Nicolae Turcu, presedinte al Sectiei de Drept Privat a Consiliului Legislativ al Romaniei; prof. univ. dr. Mircea Dutu, director al Institutului de Cercetari Juridice al Academiei Romane; prof. univ. dr. Ioan Condor, fost presedinte al Curtii de Conturi a Romanie.

Conferinta a continuat cu sustinerea de lucrari stiintifice in cadrul celor doua sectiuni:

Ne-au onorat cu prezenta in cadrul Conferintei peste 100 de participanti –avocati, magistrati, cadre didactice universitare – din care 15 au fost oaspeti din strainatate.Toti acestia s-au inscris la Conferinta in vederea sustinerii unei lucrari stiintifice sau a audierii dezbaterilor.

“Taking place in the historic building of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, this international conference is a must-attend for all legal experts who wish to gain cutting-edge knowledge and expertise on private and public law aspects of business law in the third millennium. The many challenges of globalization call for constructive approaches on a number of open issues at the level of European and international business law. In this pursuit, it is also critical to understand the specifies of national laws and acquire expert knowledge on their application in practice. All this is exactly what this conference provides. As one example (out of the many) from the conference organized in 2012, for me it was very interesting to learn about the features of the new Romanian Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure that are critical for further development of business law in Romania, as also supported by practical scenarios.
