“Where there is no law, there is no freedom” and the question which arises back is: It is right to abide by legal dispositions which are immutable wrong? The minorities’ issues have governed the lapse of time and it has remained an intractable problem which needs concrete solutions. From Ancient Rome the status of the wealthy minority prevailed over the majority. Everything has changed since then and the legal relationships are founded on other social structures.
