Banking and Finance Law International Summer School – 18th and 29th of July, 2011
ELSA Bucharest proudly presents the 3rd Edition of Banking and Finance Law International Summer School, event which will take place during the 18th and 29th of July, 2011, in Prahova Valley.
Banking and Finance Summer School is a relatively new event, one of its kind in South Eastern Europe. Having the desire to cover a vast area of this domain, Banking and Finance Law Summer School has set itself to deepen the study of financing contracts, a topical issue not addressed by the Romanian universities.
The purpose of our Summer School is to show informations about what it means to work in this field, starting from the fundamental notions about contracts and litigation and ending with some practical aspects.
Renowned lecturers and appreciated practitioners will be invited to participate both in drawing up the academic agenda of the event, but most important to attend the seminars and workshops and share their expertise with the participants.
The 3rd edition of Banking and Finance Law aims to bring together up to 30 interested students from all over the world and give them the opportunity to improve their understanding of banking and finance law.
