Senior executives are committing more fraud according to a global KPMG survey, which found that CEOs were involved in 26 per cent of cases – up from just 11 per cent in a similar 2007 survey.

Following the issuance of the Government Decision no. 500 / 2011 (“the Decision”) referring to the General Register of Employees (“REVISAL”), we hereby notify you on the obligation of the legal entities who act as employer to notify The National Supervisory Authority For Personal Data Processing („ANSPDCP”) before registering personal data of their own employees with REVISAL.
